Why is my design wrong?
Here are the main reasons why your design may be detected as incorrect.
The design is not the right size
Templates should not be resized. Once downloaded, we advise you not to change their dimensions to work on them. If you have modified the dimensions of the template, download the original template again and incorporate the design into it without altering its dimensions.
It can also happen that the design incorporated into the template does not completely cover the yellow lines that delimit it. To solve this problem, the design must be proportional to the yellow and red guides of the templates.
To make the design correctly, we recommend that you review the instructions that you can find on the product page of each product on the distributor's website.
Complex design
We consider your design to be complex in any of the following situations:
- If, due to formatting or similar, the design cannot be opened.
- If the design contains too many nodes.
- If the file is too heavy.
- If the file is of too high quality.
