Why can't I upload a design to my order?

When the design cannot be uploaded, the most common causes are:

• It is a format that is not allowed. We accept files in PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, JPEG format. We do not accept files in PNG format.
• The file is too heavy. This can be solved by lowering the resolution, lowering the DPI, rasterising the images, etc.
• The design has already been printed and is running its course. You have uploaded a valid file and it has already been printed, stitched and packaged or sent. Once the file is accepted as valid, the file upload system locks and it is not possible to upload a new one.
